Guidelines

Exchange of goods can be done within 14 days from date of purchase of goods. (exchange not possible for products having company guarantee cards)

For the purpose of exchange , customer has to visit our store as pickup facility is not available for exchanges.

Exchange is only possible if the product is found unused and all tags are intact.

No goods can be exchanged if 14 days have passed from the date of purchase.

The difference amount during exchange can be settled by cash or online payment , if the price of new product is more. And if the price of new product is less , other item can be added for matching the amount of old bill.
